Dr. Leila Kelly is the Extension Professor and Consumer Horticulture Specialist at MSU. She conducts workshops and Master Gardeners programs statewide and is a contributor to Mississippi Gardener magazine. In 2011 she received the Franklin T Burns Outstanding Extension Community Resource Development Award for building better communities.
